  • I'm in Philly region so we eat alot of pizza (and cheesesteaks but thats a whole nother thread). I get a slice of plain pizza (our crusts are typically pretty thin) and have a large salad with it. I will not give up my pizza. In fact I have it once a week (my kids would riot otherwise).

  • I dont have the answers for you but I wanted to congratulate you on your success this far! I wonder if your body has become used to the workouts that youre doing and therefor the muscles arent being taxed in a new way? Not sure how you could change it up in your home but thats the only thing I could think of.
