Another Breakfast Idea

I wasn't a breakfast person until I started working out regularly last year. This is a spin on something I had at a restaurant, and it's wonderful...COLD OATMEAL! The "Breakfast of Champions" post reminded me of it, so I thought I'd share it.

Cooked steel-cut oats
Vanilla yogurt
Diced apple (I like Granny Smiths)
Dried cranberries
Sliced almonds
Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

All you do is mix the ingredients together, chill it for about 15 minutes, and enjoy. I know it sounds weird, but it's fantastic, and it keeps you feeling full a lot longer than pancakes do!
