Have been logging in for about a week and a half, lost about 3 pounds initially and now am plateaued and frustrated. Would love to hear from others.

    Change up your menu a little and change up your exercise. Sometimes our bodies get used to what we are doing and we have to switch things up. Good going you can do it.

    welcome...I don't know why you are at a stand still so early. But just keep at it & don't give up. I'm sure someone on here will be able to help you out. I found this site very helpful, encouraging & motivating.

    welcome! I agree about changing up your exercise. I try to do something different at least 2 of my 4 workouts a week.
