I usually bring either a wrap with hummus or cream cheese, a salad with lots of veggies and either hard boiled egg or tuna, or some yogurt/cottage cheese, popcorn, and vegetables.

I ALWAYS need at least something after dinner., but If I run out of calories from the rest of the day, I'll have some fruit or a 10-calorie sugar free jello yumm :)

I'd say just continue what your doing and eat healthy foods. My panic attacks have become much less frequent since i started eating healthy and avoiding overly-processed foods.

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat LESS than what you are burning daily through normal activities (your maintenance calories), causing a deficit. In order to lose one pound a week, you need a deficit of at least 3500. To lose 2, you need a deficit of 7000, etc.

You should definitely try and eat your 1200. For almost 2 months I was onky eating about 400-800 calories a day, and I think I lost about four pounds that whole time. You could be gaining muscle, which is more dense than fat... so if you gain 2 lbs of muscle and lose 1lb of fat, you will weigh more but you will still be smaller.

If they have it, try a taco salad with the cheese/ sour cream/ guacamole on the side. That way, you get extra veggies and no tortilla or taco shell and you cam decide how much of the fatty stuff you want :) but guacamole's not so bad because avocadoes have good fats :)

What i think you should do is write the letter now. Then wait an hour until you've calmed down, and reread it. If you still agree with what it says wholeheartedly, go ahead and send it. If not, rewrite it, and then repeat this process until you're satisfied.

Try ice skating. Most rinks have free skate on weekends, and rental skates are generally pretty cheap if you don't have any. Its so much fun & burns tons of calories! :smile:
