Thank you all for your answers and support! :) I wish my breaks at work were longer because I actually enjoy working out! I have had so many people come up to me and tell me how awesome I'm doing, that is always nice to hear! I started by getting rid of all the junk food in my fridge and house and restocking it with healthy foods. I log everything into MFP. It helps so much!!! Its going to depend on your stats..height & weight. Log it as circuit training..thats the closest thing I found to it that seems to be pretty accurate!

I opened my diary! I didnt even realize it was set to private! Anyways..I dont have a computer at home so I dont always have access..So theres probably several days or meals missing..But I do log everything in a notebook at home. I write everything down.
