I need to lose ~130 remaining pounds. I'm down ~50 from my high point.

What worked for me today was staying away from carbs.

Great idea, though here in my local Kroger and Walmart stores they sell bread that is 35 calories per slice, so I just buy that now. It eliminates my need for getting inventive for things like this thankfully.

I like Turkey Bacon personally. Never tried reduced fat PB, but it's only like 10 calories difference, so what's the point? lol.

Buy shredded tuna or chicken in the cans at your local walmart, drain the water from it, then mash it up using a fork or other utensil. Once done, mix it with mustard or some other low calories sauce (if you want), then eat it on a low carb starch. I used to mix it with light mayo, and as long as you don't add too much…

Here's what I know - being healthy is better than not being healthy, regardless of how big or small I am. I don't need food to do that, if I do it'd be no different than needing alcohol to do it and I'd go get help to help me cope. Being healthy is the best option for me as I have children I'd like to know as adults.

How have you lost so much weight while eating a healthy meals? That's a hell of a lot of progress, congrats.

Some people will find excuses to be shallow for any reason. It's not the weight you used to have, it's that he was looking for an excuse to begin with.
