Home-made tabbouleh, steamed beet greens from the garden with garlic and red-wine vinegar, grilled skinless chicken breasts marinated in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh tarragon. Pint of Haagen-daz for dessert (Kidding!)0

If the winds die down, grilled blackened salmon, sauteed asparagus, and wild rice pilaf.
If the winds continue to blow at 40 - 50 mph probably some leftover stew from the spring cold blast we took this weekend.0 -
