I did core a few years back which is a lot like simply filling - I did it after years of counting pts. I think the thing to watch when doing core and simply filling is your portion size - often it is hard to tell when you are satisfied esp when starting a new diet plan (or new way of eating) if you go to the WW boards you…

I am 5'4 and currently weigh 146lbs I exercise everyday but am apple shape (makes a huge difference in clothing size IMO) I wear size 12 when I get to my lower weigh range or goal weight range of 130-132 I am between size 8/10

the one that is better is the one that you will use - have you tried either? if not maybe check out some free ones on exercise TV or Netflex and see if you like it I personally think I would enjoy

egg whites with lots of veggies/salsa on a High Fiber (100 calories or less) is very filling 100 calorie bag almonds with piece of fruit they say if you eat protein with a carb it helps

I WI at home every morning and write it down I officially WI every Friday morning at Weight Watcher meetings - this is the weight I will log in once a week to MFP

Thank you..I am used to Weight Watchers and carrying it over from day to day (up to one week) I have only officially been logging onto MFP since Tuesday - so next Tuesday I can see an average
