I had a pretty bad weekend myself with my eating. I'm just going to eat my regular calories and maybe a little of my exercise calories too.

I have 3 kids ages 12, 10, and 3. I have been a stay at home mom off and on until I got pregnant with my youngest. I have been home with them since. So thats about 4 years now.

I love Zumba! I also do TurboFire! It's a lot of fun and makes me sweat like crazy!

Right now I'm using Lean 25 from GNC. It has 25 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber per serving. I have the chocolate and french vanilla. They taste pretty good. The vanilla is a little sweet but not too bad.

I just finished run 2! It felt so much harder today! It felt really good but man was it hard lol

I would love to lose that much by Christmas! I would have to work my butt off though. I tend to only lose 5 lbs a month so if I lost 30 by then it would be great! You guys can add me. I need as much motivation as I can get. I start losing it after about 6 weeks so I really need it!
