    I'm glad I'm not the only one here who went up. I was pretty good last week and stayed very close or under calorie goal. I think I'm retaining water right now from too much salt though.

    This is the first week I saw in me the phenomenon I've heard of here - the scale not going down while I lost an inch off my thighs doing the 30 DS. I'll take that inch lost gladly, but I hope to see the scale go down also for the next weigh-in.
