I've never done Burpees before and I don't think I really like them......but I managed to complete 50 of them to complete my daily challenge!! WHEW that was a tough one!!

Burned 541 calories today.......YAY!! I usually do more but I had my pottery class today, that was 3 hours long then I went to help my daughter set up her classroom......she just graduated from college and this is her first teaching job!! She's teaching preschoolers!! GO RED TEAM!!!!!

I totally AGREE.......the difference is you are 40 lbs LIGHTER and HEALTHIER!! Maybe you need to try some strength training and get some muscle definition if you haven't already tried this. Be proud of your accomplishment as losing 40 lbs is not an easy thing to do!! Hope you have bought some new clothes in your new…
