I have the same problem. I am on day four of my new commitment not to eat anything after supper. I tell myself, I am not hungry and I do not need food. Tonight, I made me a sugar free hot cocoa, 60 calories.... But it's not food. I am trying to retrain my brain not to eat if I am not hungry. Would love to hear other…

I am having the same issue. The last two weeks the pain in my left knee has been so intensem I cry out when I bend it at all. This is not normal for me, I have a high tolerance for pain. I was thinking it was athritis, aggravated by the excercising, but I really need to go to the Doctor. I agree with the other posting…

what does MFP say? depending upon the amount of weight you want to lose per week, you can increase or decrease your calorie goal. I do better with 1600 a day than 1300, but that's just me :smile:

Fruit - watermelon and mangoe Vegetable - spinach, i eat it almost everyday. I love it steamed or as a salad with fresh orange or clemetine as my dressing.
