If I haven't made minimum for the day I eat a pudding cup, regular, or something not to heavy. It is comforting and goes down easy. I have an 8mm ulcer at the RNYseam line which causes me to be careful so I don't eat wrong and get sick. Pudding or jello is minimum calories but satisfying.

I'm 14 months post op and would like to lose another 20 (247 then 178 now) not that I'm complaining. I DO get hungry even though I get in between 80-100 gms of protein most days. I've recently started Zumba and what a great workout but it's only offered once a week. I do the treadmill on the off days. Any tips for more…

I certainly understand. Even with tv/music etc I just can't stand it anymore. I've switched to Zumba and interval treadmill workouts. Try switching it up, it keeps your body guessing.
