I know its tough. Would a healthy cow help you? Do you think if you just ate a piece of chocolate would your craving be satisfied? If ll else fails, Deny Deny Deny your sweet tooth. I struggle myself but I just drink plenty of water so my belly feels full.

GO FOR IT! YOU CAN DO IT. I lack motivation myself today feeling a bit of the blues myself but I did work out for 15 minutes so I will do another 45 minutes in about an hours. No pain No gain!

I added it myself by using zumba calories site to identify the amount of time and calories burned

NO you can't eat anything watch your food intake and combinations of foods. I know low carbs and fats will help you to lose weight
