What is your running routine now? Are you on MapMyRun.com?
If you are running the same distance, same miles per week, same pace, same time of day, then you might need to vary it up or plan on doing a road race in the near future (if you haven't considered one already). The race will give you the extra push, and a solid training programs, incorporate a variety of running drills (tempo, interval, hill, etc.) Racing/training with a friend or a group holds you most accountable and it's fun too.
Also, I'm seeing people getting results on here from building more of a plant based diet. By adding more healthier, whole food alternatives they start to edge out processed foods/snacks (even if they are fat free/reduced cal)
Though I've been looking for more NSV, but I would like to go for this challenge. 150 (depending if my scale is having a good day)/140 lb by the end of the month. *Gulp* :-)0 -

I know its tough. Would a healthy cow help you? Do you think if you just ate a piece of chocolate would your craving be satisfied? If ll else fails, Deny Deny Deny your sweet tooth. I struggle myself but I just drink plenty of water so my belly feels full.0
