I would love to lose 10 pounds. Recently lost 40, and then gained 10, and then lost it, but them gained 5 back when i got too busy. Well, I am back now and need too lose 10 again and keep it off this time.

YES! I need some strategies - anyone got some to share? If I can avoid binge eating chocolate - I'll drop 10 lbs - but how to avoid bingeing - my life long challenge :ohwell:

My sister in law made "diet fudge" at a party over the weekend and it was chocolate and low calorie. The edge of the pan didn't really taste like fudge (too crisp) but the middle pieces did or at least wasn't bad at all. It's worth a shot anyhow. That's a box brownie mix (just the dry ingredients) mixed with a can of pure pumpkin then baked per the directions on the box. I have also heard people mixing chocolate pudding mix (just the dry ingredients) and fat free whipped cream -- resembles chocolate mousse? I would google low fat chocolate recipes that way you don't end up sabotaging yourself when you need sweets! : )0 -
