Beef Jerky, you can get different flavors and tastes good. I also eat Pure Protein bars so I can get my chocolate fix. They are a bit higher in calories, but great protein and is better to eat than a Hershey bar when I need chocolate :D

Obviously you work out pretty much at the same time. If he gets there after you normally then go in that little bit later. Things happen, he doesn't need to know you ran late on purpose. Or go in earlier if he is there normally before you. And/or make sure you leave the same time he does even if that means extending your…

I seen plenty of December birthdays and I seen plenty of of people born on the 2nd of different months, BUT none combined...December 2nd. I did see December 1st (2), 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. :laugh:

Do not eat them every day, maybe once a week or twice a month. That way your body is getting some of the good fats it needs. I watch my calories (1200 daily), and I try to make sure to eat one or two a month. I find a place for the calories in my diet as I know it is important.

This maybe true, but the gym is a public place, so you would wear shoes for that aspect. I wear shoes on my machines (treadmill, bike, cardiofit) but when I am doing my none machine exercises I prefer barefoot.

I agree with this as it will show others who are starting out that it can be done. I have lost quite a bit of weight, but I still feel like everyone is laughing at me. So the atmosphere would still be mentally appealing too. :happy:

I usually weigh in bi-weekly on a Monday or Tuesday. Sure I weigh myself more than that, but I decided to only log it bi-weekly.
