I take my vitamins around 10am every morning, that's just me. When I don't eat first, I get nausious, so I wouldn't want to take them before bedtime.

Wow, I'm totally impressed and encouraged! I need to lose 159 more pounds...it's overwhelming to think about it! But I've set small goals and so far that has worked. Keep giving us updates, it reall encourages those of us who still have a way to go!

I agree with the others here. I used to eat my "ration" then watch the clock for two hours until I could eat again! It might also just be habit...you just miss putting something in your mouth. I chew gum sometimes to keep my mouth busy :)

My very first excited memory was going to Smoky Mountains and visiting the Ghosttown in the sky. My mom dressed me and my brother up in western clothing and we watched a gun fight in the town street. When the gun went off, I threw my coke all over the person behind me!

I changed my plan of exercise this week to include more circuit training and inside cardio using my HRM. I had been increasing my walking from 3 miles to 4 miles an hour, but it has backfired; causing my shins and arches to ache all the time. Last week was really painful! Hi Everyone! I am soooo excited to get this challenge started! I am getting over a foot injury this week, but I've still been able to burn calories, so I'm hopeful I'll see results on Friday! I've been hearing about weight training and have steered clear because I don't want huge arm muscles. I won the bowflex in the divorce, so I guess I'll start using it LOL. Seriously, my son uses it every day and he's sharp :).

WTG to all the diamonds who helped with our total loss of 129 pounds! It takes everyone working hard as a team to win and that is what we did! Once per week at the same time of day. I agree to everyone's morning ritual, LOL. I weigh every Friday morning. The weekends are the easiest to cheat so then I have the rest of the week to make up for it.
