Is it better to take your vitamins in the morning?

I take my vitamins around 10am every morning, that's just me. When I don't eat first, I get nausious, so I wouldn't want to take them before bedtime.0

My doctor told me to actually cut my multivitamin in half -- take the first half in the morning, the second half at night. Most times your body can't absorb all of it at once, so when you split it up over the day it increases your body's absorbency. Also, I add the oil that I use to my food diary because it's hard to say what you eat and what stays in the pan!0

Ok so I took my multi and my A and D this morning to see how it goes and will take my emergen C with Calcium and D tonight. See how it goes0
