Just be consistent, and follow a proper diet. Since you got it from a garage sale you will not have the official nutrition plan. Just finished lower focus tonight. I bought and used for the first time the BB energy and endurance formula and man what a difference. My muscles were able to handle the work so much better today. I took way fewer stops and modifications. Can't wait to see how I do tomorrow lol.

Just finished Day 2 - speed 1.0. burned 450 calories....BARFFF!!!!!! I can't believe I am dying, but am so proud. I can't wait to see the end result of this hard work.

If you have the time, try watching the routine before hand to learn the moves. After about a week you should have everything down just following along if you can't watch ahead. Take your time and learn the moves, you will get better results with proper form. Keep up the good work!

Avoid the scale it is evil. Try to weight yourself once a month. Instead taking your measurements every week, you will notice it there first. Are you also following the T25 Nutrition plan?
