Almond M&Ms FTW! Pretzel M&Ms are an abomination :p

Wow! You look like a completely different person now! Way to go!

Rock on, man!

I like to weigh in everyday, but I'm a data nerd. I love adding plot points to my progress chart! If my morning weigh-in is higher than I expect, then I just assume I'm probably still carrying a bit more of the previous night's dinner with me than usual and the next few days should average out to my true weight. At the end…

That is AWESOME! You rock!

I can kind of see where at least some of them might be coming from. I've been over 200lbs since my junior year of high school and got up to 250lbs before I started getting back in shape. After a serious diet change and a lot of hard work, I got down to 185lbs. I was still around 12% body fat and people told me I looked…

Daily. At the same time of day (right after I wake up) and wearing the same clothes every time to try and be as consistent as possible. I don't really care about the daily numbers (although I do get excited the first time I hit a new goal) since my weight can shift as much as 2 lbs depending on how big my last meal was and…

I'm kind of curious about this myself. I dislocated my wrist nearly a year ago and it's still pretty wonky. I can finally do push-ups again (though yoga is still a bit painful), but if I try to lift too much weight and hold it at just the wrong angle it pops loose again.

Definitely sexy! One of the many reasons I love working out with my wife ;)

Very cool!

That is AWESOME! Congrats!

Food: Eggs - 4 of 'em. Over easy. Every day Exercise: P90X (if a workout program counts as a single exercise) or Push-Ups
-
Agreed. I am SO trying this!

Only a single mug (about 3 cups) with just a bit of cinnamon to start my day and then water from then out. An apple after a decent walk during my lunch break seems to work well for a mid day pick-me-up :)

I loved running outside. I'm sidelined with plantar fasciitis for now, but I can't wait to get back out and run again. I say if you enjoy running outside, keep running outside and don't worry about anyone else. You may just inspire others who are too self conscious to run outside to finally give it a shot. A small warning…

I honestly did this a lot when I did powerlifting in high school. I see it as something like the kiai in martial arts. At the very least, it forces you to breathe through the movement so you don't black out from holding your breath. But there does seem to be something about the grunting (or the weird growl/scream thing…

http://www.academy.com/index.php?page=content&target=products/fitness/weight_training/weight_sets&start=8&selectedSKU=0422-41168-0055 I picked up a pair of these from Academy about a year ago and they're pretty decent for the money. They feel cheap and they seem kind of awkward when set to less than 25 pounds or so (it's…

I'm with you. I knocked off about 50 pounds of fat over the last year and just can't get used to being this small. I'm going to have to fix that this year. Going to be eating a ton of lean protein and pushing my muscles as hard as they'll let me!

This is pretty much what I live on these days: Protein - beans, bacon, smoked sausage, chicken, salmon Veggies - onions, garlic, fresh spinach, tomatoes (I know, technically a fruit, but close enough). Seasoning - chili powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon Other - croutons, parmesan, italian dressing, lemon juice, coffee,…

Awesome! Thanks for the link!

I've got it. Apparently running and plyo tore me up. I've got to try to stay off of it and just ice it, stretch it, and keep taking ibuprofen until my next run in May :(

All I can say is WOW! You rock!

Completely off topic, but I LOVE your signature, PJilly! I can't tell you how many times already (even just being 3 weeks in) that I've wrapped up all the things I have to get done for the day around 1AM and thought, "I really don't want to do this. I'm exhausted and if I start now, I won't be done until almost 3AM." But…

I'm about to wrap up the first phase of my first run through of P90X. I've got most of the paperwork that goes along with the DVDs, but the only thing I really remember seeing about dieting in P90X was a recommendation to try to stay in the top two tiers of Michi's Ladder…
