Thanks for the welcome! :smile: I've got 50ish or so to lose still...and I'm down 6.5# since Monday. Surprises me as I've been "lower carbing" for some time...but dang if cheats don't always get me! haha Hubby is down 9--but he was a carb fiend! ;) Looking forward to P2 though...I want some berries! ;)

The injury is in my leg/foot, so I can't put much weight or pressure on it. So unfortunately cycling is out of the question right now. Once it heals a bit I'll try the bikes at the gym.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough BAKED in the toaster oven for 5 minutes--amazing. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside... Like a super-protein-charged cookie. Delicious! (Every other kind I've tried is gross...though I have VERY limited selection here in Japan...)

chimichangas...mexican food in general. oh how I miss mexican food! living in rural Japan, it's not something I've been able to eat for almost 2 years...and I miss it! hopefully this last 2 years zooms by so I can sink my teeth into a delicious chimichanga as soon as the plane lands!!! :)

I LOVE the cool whip/graham cracker "ice cream" sandwiches. SO yummy! :) And I agree with the poster that said we're adults who get to make our own decisions with food. I know it's not real. I know it's not the best thing out there...but it sure is tasty, and it's not like I'm eating gallons of it every day. :)

Thanks! :) I finished my workout tonight, and the only mishap was faceplanting off the ball attempting the prone jackknife the first time. I kept falling, so I just stretched out and held the plank on the ball for 60 seconds. Then the second set I just went really slow...but I did it--all 8 reps! :) I've been slowly upping…

According to my BodyMedia I burned 3235 calories for the day, 948 of those from exercise. I've been told that my exercise isn't consistent enough to be eating at TDEE - level. But I've also been told (by my doc) that I absolutely MUST not go over 1200. I don't listen to him either...lol
