OMG...OMG...just had a zip of my green smoothie...my orange cream strawberry green smoothie...
FABULOUS! Used orange cream. Bought a 30 pack from Amazon. Put the majority in a blender bottle...will have at work. Thanks so much, Sabine...this stuff is great!0 -
Love the orange cream!
I got to the market. Got all my greens, and a few snacks, and a HUGE back of nearly naked popcorn for my evening carbs (I've been reading that evening carbs help with sleep, and am experimenting again with that).
Made a soup tonight and going to grill some chicken sausage.
cheers!0 -
Today's Plan ...loads of repeats..(moving in six weeks...crazy around here...downsizing so that means a lot of work...crap!) Hard to think of creative cooking...when all I am thinking about is how am I ever going to get this all done. Sheesh.

Down four pounds since start of reboot. I have a lot to lose, however. And I am surprised it is going so slowly. Not discouraged in the least...feel too good. Would not be able to tackle my moving project as well as I am without the reboot.
Can't thank Sabine enough.0 -

My day:
B: green smoothie with goji berries
L: chicken sausage and onions on half a whole wheat wrap (flat out wraps are huge!)

Not the best day. Woke up at 3 a.m. At 4:30 decided screw this, I might as well get some E in and rode for 35 minutes. Did sleep a bit before work...but tummy was not in mood for green smoothie and that screws up my day.
Sleep will happen tonight. I just know it. And back on track. Have lost 6 pounds since 2/11...I have a total of 22 to lose. So 18 to go. I am happy.0 -

Hi! I'm new to the SBDiet, but not new to MFP. However I am just returning after 8 months of maintaining.
Hubby and I started P1 on Monday...It's really not too hard for me. I live in rural Japan, and I hate ramen and rice...so not too many temptations around here. haha!
Looking forward to keeping this going! Happy to find this group! I can't find active people anywhere it seems...0 -

Hi and welcome!0 -
Anna, once you get into P2...Sabine has set up Strolling in P2 I think it's called. Please join us!
I do love P1 for a variety of reasons...it makes me think clearer for one...and it is surprisingly easy. But I do not lose that much in P1...I picked up speed in P2...I think I lost four or so.
I have lost a total of 12 since reboot of 2/11.
15 more to go. Tagging along next to Sabine has done wonders for me. I am still focused...which shocks me...it is more like the very first time I did SB in 2008.
So welcome and keep posting.0 -
welcome Anna! I'm new too, finished two weeks of phase one on Sat. and am in first week of phase two. Phase two is easy for me once I get into it and I have stopped cravings with phase one. I have lost 3.8 in phase one, I wanted to lose 10 so 6.2 to go, which I know will be very slow, but that's OK.0

Thanks for the welcome! I've got 50ish or so to lose still...and I'm down 6.5# since Monday. Surprises me as I've been "lower carbing" for some time...but dang if cheats don't always get me! haha Hubby is down 9--but he was a carb fiend! Looking forward to P2 though...I want some berries!0

Great that hubs is doing it with you!
Mine is too for the time being. He doesn't need to lose (me neither, really) but he knows how important maintaining during menopause is to me.0
