We all knew as we get older our bodies do not bounces back as well as they did when we were younger. My weight has been crazy ever since I had my one and only child. My body has never been the same. But I will keep working at it and I will get there. You will get there, Good luck

How do I join the team. I try to work out every day doing any thing from walking to jogging and playing hand ball. I am 159lb and 5 feet 4 half inc.

Count me in I love to walk. I walk about 2.6 miles every day to and from work and some days I will go for a walk that is about 3.2 miles and other days I will go running for about 1 mile and others I play hand ball. So on any day I can walk about 5.8 miles and that could add up to about 100 miles a month just counting 5…
