I'm 30 and just starting keto too! Feel free to friend me! :)

I'm just starting as well! I know it works as I've done it before - the beginning is always the hardest but it's always worth it in the end.. or long run! Good luck - you've got this!

I'm just starting this and hopeful! I did good on carb cycling and know low carb is really good for losing the belly area and am not stuck at a weight so I'm going to kick in to keto gear! Good luck!!

Right now I'm doing the accelerated version, so I'm doing my week as followed: Monday & Tuesday are LC, Wed is HC, Thurs & Friday are LC, Saturday is HC and Sunday is a low carb breakfast then a "flex day" I did really well on this the first time I did it and it's been awhile and still needing to lose at least 30 more lbs…

Welcome! Counting calories and Walking is always a great start! I haven't been diagnosed but also struggle with on and off depression which makes this hard since so much of this is mental but it's great that you're in a good place right now and motivated! No better time! Feel free to add me if you need a friend or ever…

I have so been there and still often find myself here. I've always dealt with being overweight since highschool and then stopped eating much at all and was too skinny and unhealthy. Now my goal is of course a number but mostly, comfortable and strong. I'd love to see myself in a photo and not cringe and want to crawl…

I feel like I could have written these exact words (minus the whole 32 year old male part..lol) but it seems what you find is the most important first step.. the mindset! Most people say the biggest part is diet, and while it's important, it's impossible if your mind isn't in it! Best of luck!! You've got this!

I just moved to the area in March, PQ area, and have lost 40lbs but have 30 to go and Definitely need to find the motivation to get going again!
-
I'm always up for new friends and motivational partners! I've lost 40lbs but have been sitting at this number and have 30 more to go! Need to light this fire again!

Always up for new friends and need to light this fire back up again!

I am! Have done it before and it works great! Im one week in with a 6 lb loss!
-
I did both and lost 150lb after having my son! It was the best combination I found. Just had another baby and just jumped back in to carb cycling and will be start I p90x again soon as well!
-
Im in VA :) if not close at least willing to help cheer you on!

Yes! 10 week old here as well but have MUCH more than 10lbs to lose. I'm not one who loses while breastfeeding sadly and am struggling cutting calories/carbs because my supply drops - trying to find a good balance of diet/exercise without killing my supply. I'm at an uncomfortable weight and really want to get it down!

No good on a pulled muscle but at least your recognized it, stopped and are giving it time to heal up. I couldn't agree more about the stretching. There isn't enough. Period. I did P90X before I started this so I use a lot of those stretches before I start or in place of a few of the ones on Insanity. I could tell after…

In Winston too! :) Always nice to meet new Winston Salem folks! :)

Winston Salem here :)

I just add my own workout, name it after the workout I do and have a Heart Rate Monitor to track the exact calories that I burn. I usually burn 350-450 calories per workout (I'm on week one but was consistently burning about the same when I did P90X too...) or you could just try to look up each exercise and log it that…
-
You did AMAZING! Hoping my results will be even half of that! Keep it up!
-
Thanks! I have a great coach - just looking for friends along the way! But thank you!!!
-
I just started on the 15th too! I finished a round of P90X had to take 6 weeks off because of surgery on my shoulder area but am back at it! Feel more than free to add me!!
-
Here's my pics and what all I have done - I am NOT done - but it's my 1st P90X round results! :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/986920-post-baby-p90x-complete-w-pics

How do you presume the best way to find your macros??
-
I am in the same boat,.. have read about it and thinking i want to try it but everything i read is very vague when i'm so used to weighing and measuring food to get exact calories/carbs/macros.. etc.... hoping to find some answers. I think it could definitely help me,.. or maybe it's just like calories,.. you just have to…
-
Thanks! I really do! I didn't think that I could ever do P90X - especially as my first real workout after having a baby!
-
Thanks! Not sure what you've done - but your transformation pic in your profile pic is amazing! Great job to you too!
-
Thanks! I know diet is critical - I tossed around so many different things trying to find what amount of calories works best for me but months 2 and 3 of eating were cleaner than I've eaten in years :) Next round though I think I've got it figured out so i'm excited to see the next set of 90 day pics! :) Congrats on almost…
