Hi all,
I'm 32 i put on allot of weight (40kg) about 7 years ago when diagnosed with mental illness and have keept it on all that time, I'm feeling good at the moment so i'm going to be giving healthy eating and exercising a go, i'm 170cm and 110kg needing to loose about 35-40kg.
From now on ill be tracking my food and drinks and i'm going to start walking 30mins each day, A goal of mine is to start going to the gym after 2 months or so of walking everyday.

Welcome! Counting calories and Walking is always a great start! I haven't been diagnosed but also struggle with on and off depression which makes this hard since so much of this is mental but it's great that you're in a good place right now and motivated!
