Hi im 20 and i had a baby a year ago! I am 5.1 and im 125 pounds right now and im trying to get down to 115 :) need to lose some on my legs and belly so im right here with you :D

Haha... thank you tnaconde for seeing it! i had put in 30 mins for the 30 day shred and i should have put 20 mins opps.. it seemed weired to me that i had burned so much! but now it looks right! :D

hint for water: lukewarm water before/during meals, makes your stomach feel fuller so you eat less. and right after food, drink cold, helps you stomach start digesting food better/faster. Thanks for the tip :) thank you all i sure hope i can drink more since it does help with the weight loss :D ill for sure try harder now!…

Dont let this get you down!! i had a girl come to my door selling something and she asked me if i was going to have a baby and i was like nope then she asked me if i just had one and i was like a year ago! haha she felt bad.. but knowing that i look like i just had a baby just gave me more of a reason to keep my exercise…

Count me in :) I just got it this last thursday and i did it on friday and i took a brake yesterday cuz i was really sore! so instead i went for a nice walk! but im back at it today again! :) I have faith we can all do it together!! :D
