sounds like low blood sugar... I agree with others that you need to eat a little more, but try to balance your carbs and protein. This is something I just learned myself... for every 15 grams of carb, you need 7 grams of protein.

Could be a plateau and more calories might get you going again. You could cut the calories in your coffee by using a different creamer. How much exercise are you getting in? Maybe you just need to switch things up some, add a different exercise, drink less coffee, add a few more calories... good luck

I am diabetic and my doc told me I could do this if the fiber count was over 4 grams per serving. Since I have started trying to lose weight I have not subtracted the fiber.
