Set a SMART goal

I just thought this would be helpful to us all when setting and going for our goals.

S-Specific; know what you have to do daily to reach your goal.
M-Measurable; how are you going to measure progress?
A-Attainable; it‟s your goal, you have to be able to achieve it.
R-Realistic; are you willing and able to reach the goal you set?
T-Timely; have specific start and end dates.

    Thanks! I was actually trying to remember this acronym the other day and I couldn't seem to recall what the "A" was. To me, "Attainable" and "Realistic" almost seem redundant, so it didn't seem right.
