What are your top 5 Healthy staples right now? I have been buying: eggs, naval oranges, cheese sticks, FF creamer, and oatmeal

Currently, dont have staples but before they were: eggs, cabbage, carrots, spinach (for green smoothies) and yogurt. Lately I have only been eating snacks like trail mix and such because I'm working a lot and dont' have time to make meals anymore.0

~ yellow peppers (I've been sautéing this with the spinach in some olive oil and garlic... So good!!)0 -
