Currently, dont have staples but before they were: eggs, cabbage, carrots, spinach (for green smoothies) and yogurt. Lately I have only been eating snacks like trail mix and such because I'm working a lot and dont' have time to make meals anymore. :(

Mine, right now (they change), are:

    ~ avocados
    ~ baby spinach
    ~ bananas
    ~ wasa crisp'n'light 7 grain crackers
~ yellow peppers (I've been sautéing this with the spinach in some olive oil and garlic... So good!!)

    1) Greek Yogurt

    2) Chicken Breast

    3) Brown Rice

    4) Oatmeal

    5) Zucchini

It's hard to pick just five, but these are some that I eat at LEAST once a week. Greek yogurt & chicken, almost every day!
  • Great topic! I'm a snacker, so my diet staples involve guilt free snacks!

    Fiber one bars
    greek yogurt
    lean turkey slices
    Laughing Cow Cheese
    Special K Crackers
