    Great thread to come back and look at for ideas!

    Mine, right now (they change), are:

    ~ avocados
    ~ baby spinach
    ~ bananas
    ~ wasa crisp'n'light 7 grain crackers
    ~ yellow peppers (I've been sautéing this with the spinach in some olive oil and garlic... So good!!)
