Clif shots double espresso, GU, Honey stinger waffles, Sports beans, regular Clif bars. I try to eat every 45-60min.

Your right. You just can't stop eating totally. Its all about choices. What and how much you eat you do have control over. Our bodies are designed to store fat to get us through the lean times. In ancient times when we found a rich source of food we ate. Eat all you can there might not be any food tomorrow. Now we always…

Indoor rowing machine. Preferably Concept 2.

This. I lost the majority of my weight walking. I slowly ramped up the exercise. I've cycled 3550 miles this year and have rowed over a million meters on my C2 rowing machine. Lifestyle change is a gradual process. Make small changes, stick with it and soon it becomes a good habit.

Lindts 90% is available at Walmart. I currently have a stash of Antidote 100% raw cacao with nibs. Definitely an acquired taste :)

You're seeing improvement so you're doing great. I've ridden by bike 3500 this year and my legs are sore most of the time. Now that the weather has put an end to my cycling, I'm rowing on a C2 rowing machine, and still get sore. Probably age has something to do with it. I am 51.

I don't do much cycling below 40°. I do wear Under Armor or Nike cold weather tights. Also a long sleeve cold weather Jersey. Dress in layers that you can easily take off as you warm up. Last year i bought a nice recumbent exercise bike. It sits in the family room by the TV. I also am hating to see the summer go. 2700…

I've lost 130 lbs. I have excess skin around my stomach that will probably never go away without surgery. I guess that's just the way its going to stay. Can't see getting surgery for vanity :-):-)

Fantastic job on the weight loss. I am right there with you after losing 130 lbs I have saggy parts(stomach and chest) that will probably always be that way. The excess skin just isn't going to go away. Short of surgery I don't think there's much we can do.

Definitely comfortable. No rear end or wrist problems. Virtually impossible to do an endo. Drawbacks are lower visibility to cars, I do have a flag on it and Big Dogs are right at face level. I carry pepper spray now. I did a metric century last year, planning on the full century this summer. I average 13 - 16 mph.

The aerodynamics make velomobiles fast and efficient. Heavy and expensive also.

I've seen all 3. I juice and eat a lot more vegetables as a result. I haven't given up meat yet though. I do restrict red meat to once a week or less. Watch Frankensteer for a good beef scare.

I get the Your not still losing question at least once a week. Usually from people not trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Ignore them . As long as you feel good, that's what matters.

I am still a newbie rower but here are some tips anyway If your not comfortable with longer distances, break it up into short segments You don't need to kill yourself with every Row. You still get benefit from lower intensity workouts Try to maintain good form And enjoy the extra calories you get to eat from more exercise…

Nobody said hey your too fat you need to lose some weight. When I weighed over 300lbs. But I sure hear hey your too skinny almost everyday. Ignore these people or I just say Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. Lol

Haters gonna hate. I lost my weight by staying under my calorie limits and exercising. I do try to eat healthy, but you cannot be a saint everyday. So i eat what I like, portion control is the key. Pay no attention to these people

I was drinking about 5 20oz Dr. Peppers a day. It was basically my only liquid intake. I cut down to one a day, then one a week. I dropped 20lbs just by cutting the soda. I haven't had one in almost 2 years. All I drink now is water, club soda, black coffee and the occasional Monster Absolute Zero.

As I get up a 3:30am to get to work at 5am my only time for exercise is late afternoon/evening. The saying goes the best exercise schedule is one you actually stick to.

Its not how fast you go. As long as you are raising your heart rate, you are getting benefit. I am currently reading a book called "Row Everyday, Breathe Deeper, Live Better" its a kindle book $ 3 on Amazon. Its an excellent motivational read extolling the virtues of moderate everyday exercise. It doesn't matter what your…

Okay I just joined. 15k meters so far on the Holiday challenge.:-)

I never set out to go over my calories for a day. I eat what I want, but plan accordingly with exercise and portion control. For myself cheat meals would turn into cheat days, and then cheat weekends etc. I try to stay on top of every meal everyday. But I am a bit obsessive. :-)

Hello. Just bought a Concept 2 model D and rowpro software. I took up cycling in march. Have logged 2600 miles so far. Rowing looked like an awesome total body exercise for winter. I have rowed twice so far.. 2000m in 10:30 and 5776m in 30 min. I can see I have some work to do. Shooting for a sub 8min 2000m and 7500m in 30…

Wow you are really going at it. I have a recumbent exercise bike that I ride 3 or 4 times a week for 60 to 90 minutes. I also just bought a Concept 2 model D rower. Now if I could only get my dog to chase me lol

Awesome! It was a major accomplishment when my BMI hit 29.9 and I was just overweight and no longer obese. Keep at it.

Absolutely.I am 6' 2" 167 lbs and I still feel fat and extremely afraid that I will gain the weight back. Poor self image and self esteem issues probably.
