I found the best way for me is to reduce gradually. Remember you have worked very hard to get to goal weight. You deserve some little rewards! I changed mine to .5 lbs per week, because maintenance seemed way too high. I am still fluctuating 1 to 3 lbs either over or under, but have to keep up the exercise.

Is it hard: Yes Is it worth it? Yes .5 lb loss is not alot, until you multiply. 10 weeks, 5 lbs 20 weeks 10 lbs, 50 weeks: 25 lbs. Just make the rule, if I don't have the time to LOG it, I don't eat it. You will be fine. Exercise is key. even if you only walk a mile or 2 a day. You will see results before you know it.

I love Tequila and it is 65 per shot. But I like the new Light Margaritas. Only 100 cal per 6 oz glass. YUM.

When one of my best friends had a heart attack and had to get a double by pass. We had the same lifestyle. Just THINKING we were being healthy. I like MFP and the support of good partners in this quest for health. The side effect of weight loss is not bad either. Send a friend request if you are like minded.

One of our favorites is PIZZA. Just get the premade dough (some have wheat), use very little sauce and get the weight watchers mozzarella cheese. Pile on the veggies, peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives - pretty much any veggie you like. Works out to about 180 cals per slice, but you get lunch the next day too.

Thanks for push. Just have to remember that starving feeling is using up some of the many storage pockets have in my body. :-) Hope to get rid of them too......

Thanks for the comments. Just is concerning when you are set up for 1.5 a week loss and 3 days after your best weigh in you don't get to see that weight again. I will keep going forward. DDD

They are ex's for a reason. Have 3 myself. Just keep trying for you and all will fall into place. I quit smoking 8 years ago and have not been able to get those pounds off. I said this is the year I would. Long way to go, but with support anything is possible.

Love them gators. When I get the burn, it is usually because I did not stretch or limber up. If continues, ice it down and rest for 12 if you can. DDD
