Shock the DR!
Well went for my checkup today and the DR was shocked! I have lost 48 lbs since March. I need to get another 20 off and I fear they will be the hardest. Vacation has totally ruined the diet
Ok - Went on a 7 day cruise. 6 meals a day (minimum), now back and feel like I am starving to death. I should be closing out my day , but I looking to see if I have any calories left so I can eat more. This seems harder than when I started MFP. Any ideas to get back on track?

Heavy at Night
Ok - I had my best weight so far on Wed. Since then I have not seen that weight on the scale. Plus in the evenings, I see as much as 4 lbs difference to the morning weight. I am staying under my calorie goal and have added exercise on the nights I get finished work before 8. How can I not be moving down?
