I hear ya. cant seem to stay under 200 now. 190 to 215 ugh!0

It's so hard.. I lost 5lbs last week. Was sticking to 1200 cals and doing an hour exercise daily. Then went out on Saturday and drunk loads of wine and ate loads of fried Japanese food! No tracking.. Once I've fallen off the wagon, then it all does down hill!0
