Starting this month I am taking beer out of my diet. I know for a fact it is why I am not loosing weight. There a million reasons to quit, most importantly my children and health. Very happy to see there is a discussion group that we can talk to during this. Here’s to day one and many more.

Looks like I am not the only one who needs to loose a excess amount of weight. It sucks that I let myself go this far. On top of it all I am having to find out how to diet with hypothyroidism.

This so far has been my favorite group I’ve seen on here. One day at a time is the best way. Today I concentrated on not snacking and drinking lots of water. You can do it! I’m in the first week and started exercising on my elliptical yesterday. It was hard to get back on it again but I did it. You just need to work hard. I will send you friend request and help motivate each other.

What I have learned is our bodies are not able to digest the preservatives in processed food and therefore it is stored as fat. Also carbs are not our friend, which are alot are processed foods.
