  • 1200 cals are you joking, only thinking i will say is 1200 is way to low no wonder why your not losing weight and get another doctor and one that's not willing to put you on tablets, what an excuse for a doctor taking the easy way out.

  • I already do 20,000+ a day with all my gym work and walking i do. I set myself a goal of 140,000 a week and always exceed it by 1000's of steps. To take a look i use fit and and am now trailing bodymedia as well. My progress is always posted on my facebook page once a week.
