if you are in any sort of shape, you will be ok. if you are overweight and not used to physical activity, then no, do not start this yet. you do start out in a "level 1" for month 1 where the workouts are shorter, but still intense (don't get me wrong). it's the 2nd month that you start swearing and crying at the tv! :-P…

my boyfriend and i do "basil bites"...which is essentially the same as what was listed but we don't drizzle any dressing (recipe says to, but we don't). i am soooo bloated and feel so incredibly FULL all the time! i step on the scale every day and even if i work out every day of my period i seem to feel heavier and look heavier on the scale! how can i just get rid of my period all together?!?! (jk jk)

It's a personal struggle, not meant to put anyone else down. Maybe if my goal weight wasn't so hight (?), or i didn't put on these extra lbs I might be better, but who knows. With the plateau issue, I've changed my workout patterns to running 2x a week and doing Jillian Michaels' Get Ripped in 30 5-6x a week
