1st real job after college was as a Psyhiatric/Addiction Assistant on a locked psychiatric facility at the hospital in my hometown. Worked various shifts between the adult psych, drug/alcohol rehab, and the ten/adolescent units. Every day was an adventure. lol

Yep. I never really had an *kitten* to begin with, but now when I sit on the floor to do crunches, etc. it is like my hipbones have no padding at all.

I did it a few years ago on a regular basis as it was supposed to be a good way to lose weight for various reasons. Some people swear by it but it did nothing for me. Guess I wasn't as full of crap as everyone says I am.
