Links to good lifting routines?

Hey Guys,
Just got my freeweights (5-50 dumbbells) and was looking for A) a Great lifting routine book, or a site with great routines. I want to go hard (hard as I can with 50's, and add in largers as I need them. I have an incline/decline bench as well.
Working on shredding fat, and keeping some bulk while I lose weight.
Appreciate the help!

This workout hits most of the major muscle groups. If you lift heavy and keep reps between 10-12, you should see some good results. If you don't know what the specific exercise is, search the site and they have little video clips of the exercises.
