Hi all, just thought id share my progress with you all, i dont know how to upload pics to topics though, but iv managed to set my profile pic of how i looked at my biggest and what i lok like today.
I started my journey around feb/march last year and descovered mfp in feb this year, iv currently lost 3st 7lb (23lb since starting mfp) at my biggest i was a size 24/26 and im now currently at 18/20, hope you can all see the pic, i know its not great :-)
