  • I love oats, fruit, nuts/seeds & cinnamon for breakfast, it's delicious! For lunch I like a tex mex salad: black beans, corn, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers & avocados. Yum!

  • I actually make my own. I love to cook! I make some rice & put some rice vinegar on it. Then I spread the rice on a nori sheet. Put some carrots, celery, avocado & salmon on it & roll it up tight! Cut it in pieces and u have sushi. Dip in soy sauce & it's delicious.
  • That's awesome girl, you should be proud!! I use to be 50lbs overweight in high school so I know how u feel. Congrats!! That's a BIG step to be in the normal weight range!! I just know you will get to your goal! I believe God wants us to have healthy bodies to do His work & we can get there :)
  • I had a good day too! I ate oatmeal, egg salad, peanut butter, veggies & sushi for dinner. My husband really liked the sushi. And good for y'all!! We will get to our goal ! :)

  • I'm always lookin for mfp friends who eat clean, it's very motivating to me! :) I try and eat clean most of the time, except when I go out to eat or around thanksgiving/Christmas etc. or if it's Saturday. But I love eating clean! It makes me feel great & makes my skin clear, hair shine & all that good stuff!

  • My day 4 went good too. I ate clean all day- oatmeal, fruits, omelet with fresh veg & chicken fijitas. But I didn't have the white flour tortilla. :) I only had the chicken, bell peeper, onions & hot sauce. It was still delicious.

I have chickens in my backyard lol, so I always have fresh eggs (hormone free, cage free, etc)…
