Bringing back this topic because I think it should be logged, at least on long weekend shifts. Surely it's more than a (lightly) active lifestyle if you spend 13/15 hours standing up, walking around the venue collecting glasses, running to the cellar to change kegs... :)

Pasta alla norma is delicious! I usually make it very light and cook the aubergine in the tomato sauce and ditch the cheese. another great pasta sauce is aubergine, shiitake mushrooms and lentil. Just chop everything and cook it on low heat till it's nice and soft and add fresh or chopped tomatoes and lots of garlic :)

I've been dairy free for nearly 5 years and feel so much better now. I find yogurt being easier to digest, but it's not the same for everyone. I'd say go dairy free for at least a month and see if you benefit from it.

thinly sliced fennel, orange, spinach, a bit of olive oil and pepper..that's one of my favourite side dishes :)
-
I like both green and black tea. I guess all of them are healthy if you don't add sugar and don't drink too much of course :)
-
I'd go for fish.. it's healthier!

tofu, seitan, beans, lentils are good meat replacements. I personally love tofu with soy sauce and some vegetables, cous cous (or quinoa) with vegetables, lentils soup, aubergines with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, palm hearts with avocado and pineapple, these are the foods I eat the most and they are pretty cheap…

I've lost weight everywhere except in my chest :( and I would really love to drop a size or two, but this seems impossible!

I used to drink quite a lot, but now I have 1/2 glasses of wine on Saturday night. I must admit that cutting down alcohol hasn't had any effect on my weight loss. It does have benefits though: less bloating, less stomachache, less indulging on unhealthy food...

a sandwich, a tuna salad, rice salad, cous cous with vegetables... there are plenty of options. I don't know your tastes, so I can't be more specific, just add everything you like :)

tofu, seitan, beans, lentils, any kind of vegetables really. it depends on your tastes. there are loads of healthy vegetarian options :)
-
Don't restrict, but eat healthy, drink plenty of water and remember that a single binge day won't ruin your weight loss journey!

I agree with you! I feel so sick after eating a few slices of pizza..nevermind a burger and fries!! I do have occasional treats, like a muffin or a croissant, but my stomach is not happy!

Most people who are lactose intolerant don't have any issues with yogurt, but feel sick with other dairy products. Even if I'm not lactose intolerant, I feel very bloated after eating dairy, but yogurt has no bad effects on me. Did you take a breath test to discover if you are intolerant?
-
50-70 g otherwise I feel bloated. A normal serving is 85 g though.

200 for breakfast, 400/500 for lunch and dinner and 100/200 for afternoon snack. A bit more when I exercise.
-
I love a cup of super hot tea or coffee with soy milk, oatmeal, rice with vegetables or a sandwich if I've been good :D
-
it depends what I'm craving.. I usually go for: apple, a slice of toast with peanut butter or jam, banana, oatmeal
-
a muffin and orange juice

I always eat it steamed . It tastes so good. But you can also put chopped asparagus in an omelette :)

I have the same problem and it's becoming better since I've cut off dairy and wheat products
-
I use it instead of butter!

I'm not fat but I do have boobs and I'd rather be flat chested. I find big boobs very "uncomfortable" and they also cause me back pain

I have a similar problem: my stomach bloats when I eat pasta, pizza and bread so I've cut them out of my diet (I've been prescrived a special diet due to some health problems) and I see good results. Maybe you should see a doctor/nutritionist and get some advice. Be sure to drink plenty of water!
-
I've been prescrived a special diet today for stomach problems and I have to avoid every processed food and white carbs Seems hard, but I guess you can change gradually so that your body won't be shocked. Try to choose somwthing similar to what you eat now, but healthier (Obviously if you eat a lot of processed food it…

I just had 2 tangerines and a banana Fruit and plenty of water satisfy my cravings :)
-
I drink it black, but I used to add half a tsp of honey or some milk!

I'm the opposite: when I drink plain tea, my hunger pains are satisfied, whereas 5 minutes after a black espresso I have the most horrible chocolate/sweet food cravings :S I guess it also depends on the quantity: a huge mug of tea is different than a small cup of coffee..that's why I still feel hungry. However if you have…
