muesli/granola bars the most... usually for a sweets fix. particular ones are better for you than chocolate bars (some are worse for you!) but they taste like naughty food :)

least would be bread, rice, pasta and anything/everything dairy... recovering from an eating disorder and trying to introduce more of those into my diet but they still scare me :(

Most: cauliflower, tomato, salad, cabbage, cheese, rice, applesauce, soy sauce
Least: dessert, most fruits, any canned vegetable

Why: I'm not a sweets person. Never have been, but I know I should eat more fruit. I never touch canned vegetables. They are nutritionally garbage compared to fresh of even frozen.

Most: (daily, it's what I like and is healthy for me)
proteins - eggs, chicken, fish, beef & pork, BACON, did I say eggs?
dairy - full fat greek yogurt, some cheese, cottage cheese
veggies - broc, cauli, cabbage, carrots, onions, celery, spinach, lettuce, cukes, mushrooms (ok, it's fungus), tomatoes, avocadoes, bell peppers, garlic, etc
fruits - berries the most, others seasonally (kiwi, pineapple, etc)
nuts - almonds, cashews (NOT peanuts, they're legumes)
dark chocolate (maybe not always daily, but frequently)
coconut oil, olive oil, vinegar, spices (cooking oils, salad dressings)
coffee, tea (black/plain/unsweetened, or with coconut cream)
    WATER

Least: (still eat, but occasionally/in moderation)
    alcohol
    ice cream
    rice
    sweet potatoes
    bananas
whey protein powder (I can get my milkshake/homemade ice cream fix, plus a protein boost)

    Rarely/Never:
wheat - bread, pasta, cakes, cookies (unless GF, and rarely), etc (gluten sensitivity)
cow's milk (lactose intolerance - but some limited cheese is ok)
    shellfish (allergy)
soda (regular is pure sugar, empty cals; diet drinks still make me gain.)

I'm sure there are more I've left off, but this is off the top of my head.

Most; Cottage cheese, Avocado, Spinach, Chicken, blueberries, strawberries, Fage yogurt

The above turned into my staples, any combination of the above is tasty and filling.

    Least; cereal, bread

I've learned the hard way, many times, these are not filling and increase my cravings for carbs.

Nothing is strictly out of bounds for me, but there are types of foods that I eat less than others.

I probably eat eggs the most, followed by lean meats, vegetables, fruits and peanut butter. God, I love peanut butter.

I probably eat sweets the least of anything. I haven't had a cookie, brownie, piece of cake or candy bar in more than 12 weeks. I don't miss them though. I've simply replaced them with food that I like more and that is better for me.
