What foods do you eat most? Least? Why?

    Most-

    veggies and mushrooms
    whole grains
    beans
    seeds (flax, hemp, chia, etc)
    olives
    fruit
    nuts

    Least-

    meat
    dairy
    candy, chips, cookies, pastries etc
    eggs
    eating out

    Why-
    because I'm transitioning to a mostly whole foods, plant based diet, aiming for a 90/10 ratio (ie a flexitarian diet). Doing it for health reasons and not weight loss (I'm in maintenance).
