  • I got to 175 and then had a really busy day where I wasn't feeling good and didn't log in, so I'm back to 55. Oh well
  • Tuesday update: Weekly Goal: 3000 Mon: calories burned 591 (60 minutes circuit training) Tues: calories burned 443(45 minutes circuit training) Wed: calories burned (how they were burned) Thur: calories burned (how they were burned) Fri: calories burned (how they were burned) Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)…
  • I'm in. Weekly Goal: 3000 Mon: calories burned 591 (60 minutes circuit training) Tues: calories burned (how they were burned) Wed: calories burned (how they were burned) Thur: calories burned (how they were burned) Fri: calories burned (how they were burned) Sat: calories burned (how they were burned) Sun: calories burned…
  • I like to plan each day the night before and enter it into my food journal. That way I can make any necessary adjustments. I always leave myself some unused calories so I can add food if my plans change. I find it helps me to stay on track better
  • I, I'm Mary. I'm 44 and have recently started Insanity. I did day 9 today. What made me choose Insanity? I've recently lost 50 pounds and have 30 more to lose, but have plateaued. I haven't lost anything, pounds or inches, in the last 6 weeks. It's time for something major, and Insanity is about as major as I can think of.…
  • I haven't had any scale-related victories or progress lately, but I did notice an NSV the other day. I had to buy rabbit food for my daughter's rabbits and decided to buy the 50 pound bag so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to the store so soon. I was able to carry that 50 pound bag up to the front of the store and then…
  • Hi everybody. My name is Mary. My goal on January 1, 2012 was to lose 80 pounds this year and get into single-digit sizes. I have lost 52 pounds and am currently a size 10/12, so I'm getting close. Just need those last 30ish pounds.
  • I'm in. Soda is going to be the hardest for me. I don't drink a lot of it anymore, but still do drink it.

  • My kids are in 4-H and our county fair is the first week of the challenge. Several days surrounded by funnel cakes, fried just about everything...It's going to be tough, but I am not going to cheat. I plan on packing a cooler with food everyday so I can eat good stuff.
  • Thanks, everybody. Your encouragement is great. After 2 days of Lean, I'm beginning to see why lean is "where it's at". I don't plan on giving up. I think I just got my hopes a bit too high before doing Push month. And, I know I'm much stronger after push than before.
  • I know I got stronger during Push. I started at either 5 or 7.5 pound weights and finished at 12.5-15 pounders. I just wish the scale and the tape measure would change. It's hard to stay motivated sometimes when numbers aren't moving.
  • Sorry. I had some computer issues and couldn't get on yesterday. I finally got the OK from my Dr to start exercising again. Yea!! Now the weight should start coming off again. SW: 166 LWW: 164 CW: 163 LO: 1 TLO: 3 lbs
  • CSW: 166 LWW: 164 CW: 164 LO: 0 TLO: 2 I won't be losing much, most likely, for a bit. I got a concussion playing softball on Monday and the Dr tells me that I'm supposed to take it easy for a while. 30 pounds in 90 days might not be a possibility for me
  • I do alternate them, doing Jillian 2 days a week and ChaLEAN 4-5. However, right now I'm not doing anything. I got a concussion playing softball the other night and am under doctor's orders to take it easy for a while. Not sure how long "a while" is, but I think longer than the 2 days it's been.
  • How's it going? Miserably. Absolutely no weight loss for over a week. What are you doing? ChaLEAN Extreme, Jillian Michaels Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism, playing softball, gardening Anything you struggling with? Sticking with it because I'm not losing. My motivation is slipping What's going well for you? I am working out…
  • CSW: 166 LWW: 164 CW: 164 LO: 0 TLO: 2 No weight loss for me this week. I've been under calorie goal and exericising, but there have been too many stressful things and too much busy-ness. My church is in the middle of Vacation Bible School and I'm the music director, plus write and direct the daily skits. That adds way too…
  • Top 3 for today (Saturday, June 9) 1--bought my first size 10 shorts in almost 20 years (the last time I was this size was when I got married 19 years ago) 2--passed up the chips and soda that the kids in the skit I'm directing were eating at practice 3--under calorie goal for the day
  • Well, since I just drank my last can of Diet Mt Dew and payday isn't for another week, now would be a great time to do this challenge and wean myself off of Diet Mt Dew. I only do 1 a day, down from 3-4 a day a couple of months ago. I've always had an excuse not to totally quit. No more excuses!
  • Challenge complete. I did the push ups in 2 groups, but the fact that I could do 15 at a time amazed me. 5 from my knees used to be too much for me. Yea!!
  • WooHoo! I love challenges. They help keep me (or get me) motivated. I did a 45 minute workout this morning--ChaLEAN Extreme.
  • Challenge start weight: 166 Last weeks weight: 166 Current weight: 164 Loss of: 2 Yea!!
  • I just sent you a message with my email Thanks!
  • Food vices: Diet Mt Dew. I've cut back to less than 12 oz a day (used to be 3-4 cans a day) Chocolate (just had a small handful of chocolate chips since there's no other chocolate in the house) Chips. I love Pringles, even though they barely even qualify as chips.
  • A new wardrobe. Since my old wardrobe was all in a size XXL, they don't fit anymore. I've been making thrift-store runs and will continue to do so until I reach my goal weight, and then I'm going to do some major shopping. Also, a cruise to the Bahamas is on the schedule, so that reward is really helping me to stay…
  • This sounds like a great idea. Female I want to lose my last 30 pounds during this challenge (lost 50 before this) I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme and Jillian Michaels DVDs (30 Day Shred and Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism are my favorites) My weight loss goal is only a general guideline. If I get to a certain weight and decide that…
  • I have a Team Beach body account and was assigned a coach. However, my coach has never contacted me, not even to say "hi" or "welcome to beach body". I haven't been overly impressed so far and much prefer MFP
  • I've decided I need to add more cardio, too. I've been doing Jillian Michael's Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism on the "off" days, but think I should add something more on the other days as well. I haven't decided what to add, yet, though.
  • I have a couple of them that I noticed just this week. I was actually able to dig up all 8 of my garden boxes (each is 4'x12') all by myself. Last year I had my kids do it all because there was no way I was able to. Then, once they were dug up, I kept right on working and got them all planted, too. Also, the jeans I have…
  • My June goals are: Continue with ChaLEAN Extreme 5 days a week Add more cardio by doing C25K 3 times a week, or on days when asthma won't let me run outside, do a cardio DVD
  • I weighed myself on Wednesday and just realized I never got over here to post it. Oops. Here's my info: 44 years old 5'4" HW: 215 in Dec, 2011 SW: 165 GW: 135 (that's both my ultimate goal weight and my goal for the end of this 90 challenge)
