I only just started my diet seriously again on 4th jan. I am 1 week in today. I shall be cheating once every 3 weeks, with one meal (probably a meal out/takeaway)

I am in the same position and it is just horrible. It feels uncomfortable and makes you very aware of your tummy. I hope you dont bloat and have a great night out :)

Why not make a casserole or soups etc and freeze them in portions. Thats what I do. I also do it with mashed sweet potato etc. It means you can have healthy homemade food in minutes and you could freeze them in child size portions so no waste :)

I changed my food ratio goals to 40 protein/40/carbs/20 fat. to do this : You can go into My Home-->Goals-->change goals-->Custom and change the percentages to what you want. I nearly always eat more protein than carbs :) hope this helps.

Yeah, up your cals. Spread out calories over 5 or 6 small meals/snacks.Also I would lower carbs and up protein. Hope this helps :)

I am not an expert but I believe that some veggies are negative cals which means that it takes more energy to process the food than there are actually in the food ie celery. So IMO I would say that 200 cals worth of say celery is very different from 200 cals of chocolate. In saying that though I believe everything in…

Personally if I had all the carbs that mfp tells me to have I too would be starving and would have a big bloated belly. you can change the settings. you do this under goals. Change to custom goals and then change the ratio to what you choose not what they say.:smile:

I just got Just dance 2 today. ITS FANTASTIC!!!!! I loved Just dance 1 and this one is even better. Better songs, more energetic dances. my fave at the min is "wake me up before you go,go" wham. I rock at that one :)) Buy either 1 or better still 2. You will NOT regret it :)
