Thin bars of dairy milk and milky bars in the freezer, this way you get used to eating frozen chocolate only saving you from the bars in the newsagents!xhope this helps!

Right well the next few weeks I'm going to eat the cals back I earn from walking my dog which gives me a little mre than 1209 and then anything I earn from my classes spinning etc I'm not going to eat!x See what happens! X

I am on 1200 a day breakfast is always 200-300, and I never ever usually ate breakfast before!!! Lunch is usually around 500 snack are usually around 200 And then I always take my dog for a walk for at least one and a half hours, and then alternate gym days where I do classes only that I love ie spinning, zumba etc! I love spinning and you can go at own pace but it's always good to go with the instructor and the load music!then top it off with a rumba class!class!

My diary is public for you too read I try to look at the recommended daily amounts or protei carbs fat iron cal ium and bits etc to get a nice balance I'm on my third day and hope it's going to work!xxx
