Started about a week and a half ago!! I admit I don't do it everyday but have been going to the gym to take strength training type classes. I feel like i have noticed a difference.. What is the importance of the protein shake??

WHen I used my HRM level two for me ranges from about 120-145. Depending on how hard I work.

When I first got mine I was super disappointed because MFP was giving me a high number for calories burned ( For example 30 minutes on stationary bike according to MFP was 300 and when i checked on HRM it was about half that) I trust my HRM more and it definetly has pushed me harder so that I can burn more calories.

I don't think it is cheating. I wear slimmers/shapers when I wear a tight dress. i feel more confident knowing that when i sit down no rolls will be showing. With hard work and eating right hopefully the next time I want to wear a tight dress I wont have to wear them. But in the meantime...I will def wear one!! :)

I am 5'1. My goal is to be about 145. If its easy for me to reach this number ...130 would be nice...but don't want to get too small!! I like my curves...don't want to lose them all!! :)

There was a groupon deal for a Bikram yoga studio in my area this summer. I signed up and was going about once a week. I too can relate to the love/hate relationship. So many choices!! Kandi does have a great body. I would prob say a cross between Kim K and Kandi. They are both petite like me. Kandi at times doesnt seem to carry her thickness too well. Kim K seems to always carry hers well.

Try going to a store that specializes in athletic sneakers. I went to Fleet Feet and got fitted for great running sneakers. I found out that I was wearing a whole sneaker size too small!!
