I'm proud that I havent had coffee or cokes in a WEEK. Hot green tea helps with my coffee cravings and iced green tea is available when I want a coke. It's been hard, but I am sure it will be worth it. (also FB free for a week. that one is probably the hardest!)

What about deaf runners?? are they not allowed bc they cannot hear who is around them? I think it is a silly rule...I would listen to music, for some reason it helps my breathing. (having asthma and heart issues, I tend to focus on breathing and heart rate and start to panic, the music takes my mind off of it.)

Panties. I cringe every time...even when talking to a child. I have to say undies or underwear. (The only exception that i dont mind is in Miss congeniality when the blond said "i stole red panties" it cracks me up and i dont know why.)

Go to a gun range that will let you try out their guns, so you can see what you're most comfortable with. your comfortability with each will vary. but im willing to bet, for home security anything that will blast an intruder, will work GREAT! :)

I'm 5'8 and the shortest guy I have dated was 5'4. I hated that I felt I could only wear flats around him. (other short guys I have dated were comfortable with me wearing heels though!) Went on a date last night and the guy was 6'7!!! First time it's hurt to look up at someone. lol
